When a supporter donates using our Text Giving service, you'll always be able to see the following details about each donation:
- Amount donated;
- Date and time of donation;
- Mobile number donated from (partially redacted to protect privacy);
- Mobile network donated from;
- Transaction ID;
- Error code if applicable (this can help charities understand any donations that have failed).

If the supporter then opts into marketing communications, after they have donated via Text Giving, the following information will be made available to charities:
- Full mobile number;
- First name;
- Surname;
- Email address;
- Billing address.

When a supporter donates through a Donr Regular Giving or Crowdfunding page, they are given the chance to opt-in to marketing communications. If they donate via credit or debit card, you'll be able to send communications to their email address, if they donate via their mobile phone, you'll be able to send communications to their phone via text message.

As a company, we do not send these marketing communications, but we can pass on the names, email addresses and phone numbers of those supporters who opt in so that our partner organisations can do so. For more information, please see our privacy policy.
